The MSA Board of Directors manages the business and financial affairs of the Society. It is comprised of: members of the Executive Committee; Director, Alternate Director, Delegates, and Alternate Delegates for the ASA; Chairs of the MSA standing committees; and a senior and junior resident representative from each anesthesia residency program in the state.
